Step 1 :- Download the namebench :- namebench is an easy-to-use application that will help you find the fastest DNS servers available to your computer. namebench runs a fair and thorough benchmark using your web browser history, tcpdump output, or standardized datasets in order to provide an individualized recommendation.

Step 2 :- After installation it will prompt you Dns scanning wizard > Just click on the Start button .

 
Step 3 :- After some minutes of scanning it will prompt you the fasted available DNS server in your country.

Stpe 4 :- Your work approx finish, Now just enter this value in your Network card Properties. Open your Network card Properties (Run > ncpa.cpl ) and enter the DNS address.

 
Now just enjoy the fast internet speed.
Caution :- Not use these public dns address in the domain enviorment, beacuse your client computer will not properly communicate with server.
